The one-bedroom apartments are 40/50 m2, located on the ground floor or first floor with veranda. They consist of a double bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed and a bathroom. All equipped with kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, WI-FI, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. It's possible to add an extra bed (with extra charge, typology +1).

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)  
UTILITY FEE: from 14.06 to 12.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5.00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. This fee covers electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed linens and towels (bed linens and towels are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).                        
FINAL CLEANING: € 80.00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50.00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50.00 for not disposing the waste.             
CITY TAX: mandatory in Palau in cash, the amount may change.                            
DEPOSIT: € 200.00  refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
