UTILITY FEE: € 10 adults, € 5 child 3/11.99 years; compulsory for stays from 15.06.24 to 13.09.24, rates per person, per day. The price includes electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed linens (bed linens are changed after 7 night only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).
FINAL CLEANING: per apartment, € 80.00 Kitchenette must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise, an extra fee of € 50.00 will be charged.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Palau, its amount may vary
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable a the end of the stay, providing no damage has occurred.
