Studios (30 sq m) can be on the ground or second floor and consist of: living room with kitchenette and dishwasher, double bed (separable beds), bathroom with shower, air conditioning, capsule coffee maker (only capsules sold at the reception office can be used) and pool view, TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, and a furnished balcony or patio.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)

UTILITY FEE: from 14.06 to 12.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5.00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. This fee covers electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed linens and towels (bed linens and towels are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).                        
FINAL CLEANING: € 70.00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50.00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50.00 for not disposing the waste.             
CITY TAX: mandatory in Palau in cash, the amount may change.                            
DEPOSIT: € 200.00  refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
